The Reeve 2022 Windsor Oaks Vineyard from Sonoma's famed Chalk Hill AVA is a wonderfully Californian expression of this traditional Italian varietal. Bright red fruit, taut tannins, and a silky mouthfeel make this wine sophisticated and sexy. This wine can be consumed on its own, but would make a great pairing for Italian dishes like Bisteca all Fiorentina or a hearty pasta dish.
Launched as a creative outlet to compliment Noah Dorrance's work at Banshee, the runaway hit Pinot Noir brand, the vision and success of Reeve Wines quickly became the sole focus for Noah and his wife Kelly. Noah is 'le commandant' of the winery mission, taking the reins of Reeve's vineyard scouting and developing relationships with some of the best growers in California to source the best grapes suited to his overall winery vision. The winemaking is a collaboration between Noah and the dynamic duo of Ross Cobb and Katy Wilson.
