The 2021 Hilt Estate Chardonnay was made with fruit sourced from two exceptional vineyards in the cool, windswept Sta. Rita Hills AVA: the Bentrock Vineyard and the Radian Vineyard. Stylistically, this wine is much more like white burgundy than traditional California Chardonnay and it is utterly delicious. Lean, balanced, and complex, this is a wonderful Chardonnay.
