The Hilt 2019 Estate Pinot Noir hails from three of the most celebrated vineyards in the appellation: Radian, Bentrock, and Sanford & Benedict. While restrained in alcohol and texture, this example definitely brings more unctuousness than is found in many modern interpretations of the region.
