The Jonata 2017 Fenix "Phoenix" Bordeaux Blend is an esteemed, sophisticated blend of the major Bordeaux grape varieties, with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon leading the ensemble. Whereas the 2016 had a certain density to it, the 2017's concentration is carried with more elegance, layered with lush fruits, earth, and a finishing of baking spice.
